Raspberry Crumble Blondie Cups

Raspberry crumble is one of my all time favourite deserts. Teamed up with some warm custard and it’s a match made in heaven!

These mini bite size blondie versions are so delicious and they are paired with some easy custard cream. They are easy to make and so moorish you’ll want to bake them again and again.

130g unsalted butter

190g white chocolate

180g golden granulated sugar (or white sugar)

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

180g plain flour

15g custard powder

Pinch of Cinnamon

Pinch of salt

150g frozen raspberries

For the Crumble

50g plain flour

25g light brown sugar

25g unsalted butter

For the topping

300ml Double Cream

25g Custard powder

1 tsp Vanilla extract
